Pupil Leadership Pathways
At Westerings, pupils are at the heart of everything we do, therefore it is vital that their views are acknowledged and that they are given opportunities to take an active role within the school life and community. The leadership pathway gives children the opportunity to progress their leadership skills as they move through the school.
Pupils are given the opportunity to progress their leadership skills as they move through the school. Within Key Stage Two, pupils are able to apply for posts involving more responsibility and more of a whole school focus.
