Helping your child
Westerings provides parents with opportunities to regularly visit classes to see children's work, and to attend workshops and parent training opportunities throughout the year. Feedback from parents has been incredibly positive; "making me feel very happy and secure knowing they are leading my child’s development over the next few years, I feel our children are in great hands!" [KS1 Parent]

Home-School Agreement
We value the support of Parent/Carers and recognise the importance of collaboration in a child's learning and development. It is also important that a child takes some responsibility for their learning and behaviour.
When children join our school, we ask Parents/Carers and pupils to read and sign an agreement between home and school. This clarifies expectations for all concerned.
Partnership is key to a child's happy and productive development at school and we look forward to working with our new Parent/Carers.
